a letter, or group of, which is partly in the first

and partly in the second; or not assignable to only

one of two consecutive syllables

“the n in cynic is ambisyllabic”

In Sanskrit, nonbinary translates to ambisyllabic.

I am caught in between, like the letter n

knowing I don’t belong to the first,

caught in between,

wanting to be in the second, yet

knowing I don’t belong there either

like the words,

nobody knows unless

they know what to look for,

unless they are looking.

Translating in and out

of every language,

Sanskrit is the only one that makes sense
